where we are

We live and work at Lastras de Cuellar, a village that belongs to the “Tierra de Pinares” region in Segovia.

We are located at 900 meters above sea level. We have continental climate which has wide variations of temperature, with long and cold winters and short and dry summers. This fact limits our cultivation periods but also avoids plagues and diseases and gives our products characteristic features.

Sandy soils with superficial waters allow us to irrigate our crops.
